Before Lady Gaga unleashes the video for her new single, Marry The Night, shes kicking off the slow and painful tease leading up to its release by dropping the first official video still.

The still, which shows Gaga at least we think thats Gaga lying on a gurney being wheeled down a long hall by two nurses, does absolutely nothing to reveal what the video will be all about. The caption doesnt help either: Its Not that Ive been Dishonest, Its Just that I Loathe Reality. But this is Gaga, so of course this photo is just one piece of the complicated, confusing puzzle.
