The Queen of Unique looked uber glam in these gigantic heavy earrings and orange trouser suit in London yesterday ahead of flying to Belfast for tonights MTV European Music Awards.

Ill be in Northern Ireland for the event that will see Gaga, JESSIE J, JUSTIN BIEBER, COLDPLAY and RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS perform.

But I hear the jaw-dropping performance of the night will be from former American Idol contestant ADAM LAMBERT who will join legendary band QUEEN for a medley of hits.

FREDDIE MERCURYs band will be honoured at the event with the Global Icon Award.

This years awards hosted by teenybopper SELENA GOMEZ will be a real spectacle.
