SHE is usually seen in outrageous theatrical outfits wearing wigs of bright colours at all hours of the day.
But Lady Gaga has decided to show her fans what she looks like underneath all of the heavy make-up.
The singer, 25, posted a photo to her Twitter account which showed her bare-faced, along with the message: "Have a beautiful day!!"

The snap was taken in a bathroom as she pouted into the mirror as she showed off her fresh face. Gaga had tied her platinum locks away from her bare face and was wearing a white flower behind an ear. She wore a green tank top that fell off one shoulder as she leaned forward to take the photograph on her Blackberry.The singer has been hard at work preparing for her upcoming Born This Way ball tour, which kicks off next month. She hits Sydn ey's Allphones Arena on June 20, 21, 23 and 24.

A few days earlier Gaga posted a photo to her Twitter page to show her followers her new earrings.
While she looked lovely in a blue dress and simple make-up, it seemed the strains of tour rehearsals were getting to the star and she appeared a little tired in the snap.
Gaga is currently dating actor and model Taylor Kinney, who she met while shooting her music video You And I last year.
According to recent reports by Hollywood Life, a source has claimed that "Taylor is shopping for a promise ring."
"They both have been in Chicago for the past week, staying at a swanky hotel downtown. Taylor is filming a movie called Chicago Fire," the source continued.
"Today he went to an upscale jewelry store on Michigan Avenue asking about rings. He said something about a promise ring."
