Lady Gaga may have good enough pipes to sing her way to millions of dollars, but shes shutting them off for a while.
Us Weekly reported that the Born This Way singer has taken a vow of silence for an unknown amount of time.
In an episode that aired Sunday, Mother Monster told Oprah Winfrey on Oprahs Next Chapter that she wont be talking anymore after the interview.
"Other than this interview, Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time," she said.
According to the New York Daily News, the 25-year-old also talked about ignoring media reports about her.
"The latest thing I do is I don't read a damn thing," she said.
"No press, no television, if my mom calls and says, 'Did you hear about?' I don't want to know nothing about anything that is going on in relation to music. I shut it all off."
Gagas mother, Cynthia Germanotta, joined her daughter in the middle of the interview, and the singer admitted that she does want a family of her own.
"I want kids, I want a soccer team," Lady Gaga said. "And I want a husband. Well, I'm being superfluous. I don't want to have one kid. I want to have a few."
And while she said she isnt going to talk, shes going to have to open her mouth soon because her Born This Way Ball Tour begins in Seoul, South Korea April 27.
