Lady Gaga 'recording new album in the nude'
The pop star is currently working on ARTPOP, her third studio album and the follow-up to 2011's Born This Way.
An apparent insider revealed to The Sun that the singer believes singing naked improves her vocal performance.
The source said: "Gaga has really taken to the idea of naked recording. She has been recording vocals while she's been completely starkers. She thinks it makes her voice sound better."
The star's fondness for appearing naked has often made headlines - she recently posted a naked picture of herself on her Twitter account, and posed nude for the cover of the September issue of Vogue.
She also came to the defence of another celebrity who has recently featured in naked photos, Prince Harry, who she said looks "fit" in the controversial pictures, adding that she "hopes no-one's mad at him for that".
The 'Bad Romance' singer is due to appear in London department store Harrods on October 7 to promote her Fame fragrance, and will also be making her acting debut in the upcoming Robert Rodriguez film Machete Kills.
