Francescatti's lawyer claimed in a recent court hearing that GaGa used another unlicensed sample in 'Judas' and went on to incorporate it into Lopez's 'Invading My Mind', which she co-produced.
It is alleged that GaGa asked Lopez for a credit on the Love? song to cover her tracks, with Francescatti's lawyer saying she didn't even contribute to the song, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The lawsuit claims to have uncovered text messages between GaGa and producer RedOne proving that she stole the sample loop used in both tracks.
"It looks to me like a conspiracy of silence," Francescatti's attorney Christopher Niro said at the December 5 hearing. "[GaGa] did nothing. No work."!

GaGa's lawyers have requested the judge keeps part of a courtroom transcript involving the two pop singers secret as both parties agreed to confidentiality.
The 'Edge of Glory' star's attorney Catherine Spector told Judge Jeffrey Gilbert that Niro's theory "just doesn't really hold up from our perspective" and said allowing him access to records involving Lopez would be "far outside the bounds of discovery" in the case.
Both GaGa and Francescatti, who performs as Rebecca F, have worked with recording engineer Brian Gaynor, who is also being sued.
