The singer kicked off the American leg of her Born This Way Ball world tour with a show in Tacoma, Wash., on Monday, and she launched a new program to provide concert attendees with therapy. Gaga has set up the Born Brave Bus to offer counseling sessions to help fans deal with personal issues such as depression, bullying and problems at school, and the singer says the sessions were a huge draw in Tacoma.

In a post on her Facebook page, she writes, "Hundreds of people came to the Born Brave Bus yesterday, so much great work done already. So proud of monsters for showing up, that is brave. Watching kids share their stories + support one another at Born Brave Bus was my dream, coming together to be kind and make friends."
