Lady GaGa plays new track on car stereo for fans in New York

Lady GaGa has apparently previewed a song from her upcoming album for fans in New York City.

The pop singer was mobbed by fans on Sunday night (July 22) as she was getting into a vehicle.

According to several fan accounts on Twitter, the Born This Way performer then turned on a brand new track in the car.

One fan tweeted: "Just met GaGa! She was playing a song from her new album!... It was a very heavy dance/club song! The beat was f**king insane!"

GaGa recently revealed that her upcoming album will feature more dance music and "lack maturity."

Her third studio album is expected for release in 2013.
