Lady GaGa is reportedly building her dream home in Greece that will apparently look as if it's floating in the sea.

According to The Daily Star, the Poker Face hitmaker has splashed out a cool 10million on the palace to be built on the Greek island of Crete, where GaGa is thought to have brought land last year.

The newspaper's spy revealed: "Its going to be absolutely phenomenal when shes finished with it.

Its right on the water and appears to be floating, so anyone wanting a gander will only be able to see it if they go by boat.

It is thought that Lady G's new pad will also have its own church, with the source adding: "Besides the palace and church, the project will also include a tennis court and two pools.

It has ended up costing over 10m for the whole development and thats only so far. Extra costs are sure to mount up.

Earlier this week, GaGa also grabbed headlines for posing naked in a promotional poster for her first fragrance, Fame.
