Halloween 2011: Lady Gaga Costume Ideas!
OK, party people, we're getting CLOSE to Halloween, and we mean close to the week-of when everyone starts to panic and stores run out of costumes. BUT never fear, we've got your monster costume on lock-down. MONSTER, you say? Ohhhh yes. It's not really Halloween anymore, people, it's GAGAWEEN! Thus, we present a plethora of Lady Gaga-inspired looks that will help you pay Little Monster homage to Mama Monster's biggest style hits. From a fancy side-ponytail zombie to smoky Jo Calderone, there's a paw-pumping look for everybody (including a few for you lazy monSTAHS). When people ask who you're dressed up as (duh, as if they wouldn't know), just tell 'em you were born this way, OK? Yeah, we went there.

So, a running motif in the costume lexicon of Our Lady of G is HARRRRR and lots of it. Gaga was recently seen out and about in London in this V-shape hair dress and matching hair-sombrero, which also has the addition of truly Halloween-y accessory, a hand-held picture of The Bride of Frankenstein. This look requires a little bit of work in that you'll need to glue copious amounts of hair onto a floppy hat and leotard. (It doesn't have to be exact, just get it on there.) But you can throw your own hair under a mint-green wig and add some crimson lips and dark s! hades. V oila! Extend your arms to wee babies on their trick-or-treat routes and bellow, "COOOOOME TO MAMA MONSTAAAAAAAH!"

Oh, JO! If you watched this year's VMAs, you're undoubtedly familiar with the evening's opening performance by Ralph Macchioer, 'Jo Calderone'. This brusk, overtly masculine, chimney-stack of a DUDE-man had the entire audience in a frenzy of OMG-AH delight. Why don't you insight the same type of riot at your best pal's Halloween party? The look is easy-peasy with a white t-shirt, black suit jacket and pants, plus black oxfords, a man wig, heavy eyebrows, and fake cigarettes. We suggest you barge right int! o the pa rty shouting, "Lady Gaga? She left me!" And then stomp around a lot, pinch people's behinds, and make sure you do this with another friend dressed up like Terry Richardson taking your picture.

3. LAZY GAGA
Much like last year's pre-m! ade Lady Gaga costumes, there are several on offer this Halloween if you don't want to do too much work. You can go as Lady G at the Grammy's, side-pony zombie a'la our boy Rick Genest, or do the ol' jailhouse "Telephone" video prison outfit. All of these looks require makeup (you better believe that zombie makeup is INTENSE), so you can't be that lazy. Still, if you're paying tribute to Mother Monster, you know she'd want you to work for it a little bit right? It's HALLOWEEN for goshsakes. MARRY THE NIGHT like you mean it!
