Lady Gaga fed up with former assistant's lawsuit, calls claims 'bullsh--'
Mother Monster is getting vulgar over a lingering lawsuit brought on by her former assistant Jennifer ONeill.
ONeill kicked off the lawsuit in 2011 claiming that Lady Gaga owed her $390,000 in unpaid overtime- totaling 7,168 hours of unpaid work. ONeills suit alleges that Gaga requested she be there waiting with a towel after a shower, that her luxury items be laid out. ONeill also claims she had to be on call at all times in case the Mother Monster desired something at any time of the night.
Gaga is done with suit, calling the claims false.
According to People, an Aug. 6 tape recording has been obtained of the 26-year-old singer discussing the suit with ONeills lawyers saying, If you're going to ask me questions for the next five hours, I am going to tell you exactly what fking happened, so that the judge can read on this transcript exactly what's going onThis whole case is bullst and you know it.
Gaga insists that ONeill is suing her for money she did not earn, calling her a hood rat and majorly unqualified.
She continues stating that ONeill took advantage of the luxuries of being her assistant noting, It is, like, such an amazing luxury that I get to travel the world and have planes, she doesn't even see what a luxury it is, but she thinks it's owed to her for no reason. She slept in Egyptian cotton sheets every night, in five-star hotels, on private planes, eating caviar."

It is unclear if the matter will see a courtroom or if there is enough evidence to pursue the case. ONeill has not commented on Gagas statement due to a confidentiality agreement, People notes.
