Lady GaGa 'designs hat with live cockroaches'

Lady GaGa has reportedly designed a hat that incorporates live cockroaches.

According to The Sun, the singer-songwriter has been inspired by a recent scientific study from New York.

Students reportedly played GaGa's music to the insects to get them moving, and the songs succeeded where tracks from Weezer and Avenged Sevenfold failed.

"Lady Gaga has been looking to top her famous meat dress for some time - and this could be it," an alleged source told the newspaper.

"She dubbed cockroaches 'My real life monsters' after hearing of the recent study."

They continued: "Now she wants to incorporate them in a headpiece by having them crawling around inside a netted cage."

Lady GaGa last week suffered a concussion after hitting herself on the head with a heavy pole during a live show in New Zealand.
