Lady Gaga pays for 19-year-old fans hip surgery, donates 24-carat gold wheelchair

Lady Gaga revealed herself to be a kindhearted soul when she paid for a 19-year-old fan, Emma, to meet with the same team of medical experts who performed her own hip surgery.

Gaga suffered a devastating injury to her right hip that required immediate surgery in February.

The superstar was forced to cancel the remainder of her Born This Way Ball Tour, but her Little Monsters far from angry sent her a wave of support and concern before, during, and after the procedure.

Now two months later, Entertainmentwise reports that Gaga has returned the generosity to one fan in particular, a 19-year-old named Emma who suffers from hip dysplasia.

Gaga has paid for Emma who lives in Wisconsin to fly out to New York City and meet with the team of doctors who successfully operated on the Mother Monster herself. Gaga will also pay for the girls hip replacement.

Emma was beside herself with gratitude, saying, We're planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult. She won't be there, but the gesture is absolutely incredible and I broke down sobbing immediately afterwards.

She continued, Words can't describe how incredibly BLESSED I am... I would like to send a MASSIVE thank you to Gaga, her entire team, as well as Cynthia and Joe (Gaga's parents) for doing an incredible job of raising the most beautiful person I know.

If that werent enough, Gaga has donated her 24-carat gold plated wheelchair to Emma to use after her surgery.

The pop superstar has truly shown that she has a big heart under her controversial meat dresses and assault rifle bras.
