Bennett who has previously collaborated with Amy Winehouse also revealed that GaGa videoed a special message for him on his 85th birthday in 2011.
News of the collaboration comes just weeks after the 26-year-old singer was forced to cancel the outstanding dates on her Born This Way World Tour after picking up a painful hip injury a move that could mean a potential loss of up to 16 million in earnings.
Her third album, Artpop, is expected to drop later this year.
