Lady GaGa Responds To Adults-Only Gig Rating

Lady GaGa's Born This Way Ball world tour kicked off in Seoul last night with an adults-only show.

Yesterday, reports revealed that the South Korean Media Rating Board had slapped an over-18s only policy on GaGa's gig, partly because of her "sexualised performances".

Ticket-holders were reportedly asked to show ID at the gate. Although a small group of Christian protestors outside the city's Olympic Stadium called upon GaGa to cancel the concert, the gig went ahead without a hitch.

According to the Jakarta Post, GaGa responded to the age restriction on stage, telling Korean fans: "I was told that your government decided that my shows should be 18 or over... So I'll make sure it will be!"

South Korea's Little Monsters were said to be wowed by a typically flamboyant performance, which included entering on horseback in a glittering black bodysuit.

The 110-date Born This Way Ball tour will hit the UK in September.
