Lady Gaga has had her fans going crazy this weekend as reports circulated that the singer was back together and engaged to Taylor Kinney!

The 'Born This Way' singer's close friend Terry Richardson posted a photo on Twitter over the weekend of Gaga sporting a huge rock with the caption, "Gaga showing off her new engagement ring!"

But sources told TMZ say it's just a ring and Gaga is not engaged to anyone.

The 'You and I' singer and the Vampire Diaries actor, 30, are now "on a break" because of her 110-date tour and, because Taylor just "didn't completely get Gaga."

According to Us Weekly, as source said: "She will be touring nonstop until next year and has found she can't have relationship at the same time."

Gaga, who imposed a quarantine on herself last week while she began writing more music, has already felt stretched trying to record a new album while on the road and having a boyfriend.

"There's just no room for anything else. Her work is all-consuming," they said.

But a friend has already downplayed how serious the couple were, although they have been fairly inseparable for nearly a whole year after meeting on her music video set.
